Third Grade Tiger Buck Store

Submitted by jade.muhlestein on

Third graders had so much fun at their first "Tiger Buck Store"! Students have been working hard to earn "tiger bucks" in class for good behavior, working hard, being kind, while also learning about some basic economic skills that correlate with the third grade curriculum.

Mr. Bird is from Springville.  He has been married for 25 years. They have 3 kids, 2 boys and a girl. He likes spending time with them, and going to all their activities.   Mr. Bird likes to sing and play guitar a little bit.  He was in show choirs in high school and college. He is also learning how to play the bagpipes, but says he hasn't saved up enough money to buy a full set yet, so he's still practicing with a chanter.  Mr.

Loveland Living Planet Aquarium visits 4th Grade

Submitted by jade.muhlestein on

Loveland Living Planet Aquarium came and taught 4th grade about enviroments. They talked about specific enviroments you find in Utah and what helps animals and plants adapt or survive in each enviroment. They also brought animals that you can find in Utah's desert, forest, and wetlands. The kids loved seeing the animals and even got to touch some of them.
