Karen Leavitt is one of the most knowledgeable people you will ever work with. She continually works to improve her instruction and teaching. She is dedicated to helping students learn and become successful. Karen looks for different ways to help the one that needs something different. She is hardworking, but likes to be behind the scenes, not looking for added recognition. Karen is always willing to share what she knows and has with anyone who asks. Karen has been a classroom teacher, staff developer, CFA, and intern facilitator. You would be hard pressed to find anyone to replace her. We are truly lucky to have Karen Leavitt at Taylor Elementary.
