Hi, my name is Erin Koyle and I am very excited to be a part of Taylor Tigers! I'm sure it will be a fun and crazy year! I was raised in a small town in Washington state. We lived only 15 minutes from the Canadian border and 15 minutes from the Pacific Ocean. I am the oldest of six children; four younger brothers and one younger sister. One of my brothers still lives in Washington with his family. We love to drive up and visit as often as we can. I moved to Spanish Fork, Utah (where I currently live) after meeting my husband. We have FIVE children; 19 years, 16 years, 10 years, 4 years and 2 years. PHEW!!! We have quite the range and keep ourselves busy with all of their activities. I recently graduated with my degree in Elementary Education from Western Governors University. You would think I would take a break, but no...I decided to add to our crazy lifestyle and return to school to earn a Masters in Special Education. Although I am currently in my program for my Special Education degree, I have several years experience in all areas of this realm. After graduating high school I began working as a Paraeducator in the elementary school I attended. From there I increased my knowledge through additional positions. I have also had the privilege of coaching the high school cheer team (again, where I attended). I LOVED the various positions and had a hard time leaving my amazing students! I look forward to working with staff and students this year and beyond. I can already tell this is a great school to join!
