Night of Heroes:  October 9, 2017 5:30 to 7:30.  We have LOTS of fun Heroes (local and super) coming to visit us, food trucks, silent auction, face paint, fun activities and lots, lots more.  This is the last week to turn in new items for the theme baskets.  If you do not know your class theme, please ask the teachers.

Pick up and Drop Off: We have had some problems with parents parking in the pick up/drop off area. We remind you again to please not park in this area before or after school, including during preschool and kindergarten start and end times. If you need to get out of your car for any reason we kindly ask you to park in a marked parking stall and come in to the school. If there is an empty space in front of you while you are waiting to pick up or drop off your students we also ask that you continue to pull forward, filling the void in space. Please note that the pick up/drop off lane is a single deep lane. The other portion of this lane is for a pull-through only. Do not stop or park in the pull through lane. In keeping to this procedure will help keep the flow of traffic moving along so we do not back up into the street more than necessary. Thank you for your help in keeping our students safe in this particular area before and after school.

School Tshirts:  This is the last chance to order Taylor Hero Tshirts.  If you are having a hard time doing this online, please come into the school and we will help.  http://www.colorpointpromo.com/taylor/

School Registration Donations: We want to give a big THANK YOU to all the parents who generously paid your students registration donation this year.  As you may or may not know, these donations are used to fund field trips and activities that go above and beyond the regular classroom experiences. If you did not have a chance to pay a donation please know that you can do this at any time. We have asked for a $20 per student donation if you choose to participate. Again, thank you to those families who have supported the efforts of Taylor Elementary in this matter.
