Taylor Elementary's students focus on reading each day. Fifth-grade students in Mrs. Robin Provstgaard's class love to make reading come alive in their classroom. Their class recently read a story entitled, La Bamba, by Gary Soto where the character participates in a lip-sync. Taylor's fifth-graders used the experiences of the character in the story and created their own lip-sync performances using their favorite songs. The perfomances were entertaining and the students enjoyed cheering each other on! Way to go fifth-grade for sharing your love of reading!
