29th Annual Christmas Lamb Show Information....

The Springville Art Museum, with the sponsorship of the Nemelka family, will be presenting the 29th annual "Christmas Lamb Show" December 6th-January 4th.

The Museum will select 70 works of art for this show this year.  Each winner will receive a certificate and a cash award. 

The following rules apply:

- Work should be of a 'Spiritual Theme' (Santa images are discouraged)

-Works are to be original and individually created by the student.  Each student is limited to one entry.

Fire Department Coloring Contest Winners

October 6-10th is 'Fire Prevention Week' and as part of this, the Payson Fire Department sponsored a coloring contest for elementary students in town.  A winner was selected from each grade level to go to the Fire Department and enjoy lunch with fire fighters and EMT's  Winners from Taylor were McKay Ewell, Bridger Marsh, Eoin Lott, Lydia Barber, Victoria Liddle and Tess Millar.  Congratulations to these Taylor Tigers for a job well done!  

September Students of the Month

Taylor Elementary's September students of the month got to enjoy a fancy lunch of pizza and soda with Mr. Daybell.  These students were chosen by their teachers because they make great efforts in academics and behavior choices each day in their classrooms.  These students have set a high standard for the rest of the school to follow!  Way to go Taylor Tigers!

Taylor Elementary's Fall Carnival

Taylor School recently hosted their annual Fall Carnival. Students and their families filled the halls and classrooms and enjoyed an evening of games and food. Some of the favorites were, 'Toilet Paper Toss', 'Face Painting', 'Sucker Pull, 'Fish Pond' and 'The Donut Walk" Along with the games and prizes, gift baskets were created by the classes that were auctioned off to raise money for the school. Many thanks go to the PTA and committees that put countless hours into the success of the Fall Carnival.
