Dear Parents/Guardians:

This letter, dated March 15, is a follow up to the Nebo District letter dated March 13, and other letters that have been sent from your child’s school.  It is intended to provide clarification regarding some general questions that have been circulating.  Please help us to ensure that all parents, guardians, grandparents, or caregivers who provide student support are aware of this information.

Grab and Go Breakfast and Lunch Menu

Here is our procedures for our Breakfast and Lunch Grab & Go:

When:  DAILY STARTING MONDAY, MARCH 16

TIME:  Breakfast 8:00 to 9:00 AM                Lunch 11:00 to 12:00 PM

HOW:  You will call in to the front office (801-465-6050) EACH day if your student would like to come and Grab a LUNCH.  We do not need a count for Breakfast so no need to call for that.  Just show up.

State issues clarification on K-12 dismissal

 

SALT LAKE CITY (March 14, 2020) - At a news conference yesterday afternoon, Gov. Gary R. Herbert mentioned that during public school’s two-week dismissal, parents who are unable to be home with children will have the option to bring them to school to be supervised by teachers. This is not the case. 

 

At Home Learning Survey

As we are continuing to assess our current situation and do all we can to ensure that all students have success in this "At Home Learning", we ask that you fill out this survey.  We are working to see how many students need to check out computers and need Wi-Fi access to do Home Learning and Instruction.  

Covid-19 Update: NEBO SCHOOL DISTRICT TO DISMISS SCHOOLS

Dear Parents/Guardians:

NEBO SCHOOL DISTRICT TO DISMISS SCHOOLS                     

As directed by the State of Utah, all public schools in Utah will dismiss beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, for two weeks in response to COVID-19. This is a proactive measure.

Nebo School District values the health and well-being of our students, staff, and families. As you are aware, there are confirmed cases of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in Utah. We are not aware of any confirmed cases in our local community or schools.
