Mrs. Lowe's class has been learning about their five senses, apples and fall. They used their five senses to explore various types of apples. While they couldn't decide which one was best, they all agreed that apples are tasty! 
 

Taylor Elementary is a Title I school. We have a Student-Parent-Teacher Compact. These compacts where given out last night at parent teacher conferences, or will be coming home soon. This compact outlines how parent, the entire school staff, and students will share the responsibility for improved student academic achievement and the means by which the school and parents will build and develop a partnership to help children achieve the State's high standards. Did you know? Taylor teachers are awesome in the classroom AND out of the classroom! Here are a few exciting things going on with some of our teachers! Miss Lopez recently completed a half marathon,  Mrs. Nielsen finished the Utah County Sheriff’s Office Teacher’s Academy, and Mrs. Tebbs is celebrating the arrival of her adorable baby girl, Daisy! 
 

Taylor welcomed almost 50 new students to our school this year!  These students were recognized as our school’s Top Tigers for the month of September.  We’re excited to have our Taylor family grow and can’t wait for them to show their ROAR!
