Taylor Elementary's first-grade classes recently reached a milestone in their educational careers...the 50th day of school this year! Students in Mrs. Fullmer, Mrs. Mayhew and Mrs. Oakeson's celebrated the day by doing a variety of learning activities. Students dressed in 50's attire, compared and contrasted the time period with modern day life, discovered different ways numbers can be built to get 50 and they ended the day with root beer floats! It was a great day for first-graders at Taylor Elementary!
