Hello Parents,

Just a reminder that tomorrow is our 1st Term Parent Teacher Conferences.  We look forward to having everyone come out and meet with teachers.  If you have forgotten your time you are welcome to go back into Sign Up Genius and see your time or call the office and we can give you your time.  The teachers will be on a very tight schedule.  Please respect that time.  If you need to visit longer with the teacher than the allotted time, please schedule another time that you and the teacher can meet to have a deeper conversation.

The Book Fair will be going on during Conferences in the gym until 9:00.  Please go visit the Fair and see all the great books available at a good price.  Also you can send a pencil gram to your student which is a pencil with a note attached for just $1.00.

Halloween is just around the corner.  We will be having our annual Halloween parade on Tuesday, October 31st at 1:15 pm.  We will be marching around the outside perimeter of the school as we have done in the years past.  Students are invited to wear their costume to school or put them on during lunch.  Please be aware this is a regular school day so costumes that are particularly bulky or fragile should not be sent to school.  We ask that students refrain from wearing mask, gory costumes/makeup, or bring weapons-even pretend ones!  Students may wear hair color and light face paint to school but should NOT bring these items with them!  Please remember that even during these activities, students need to follow our school dress guidelines!

Thank you so much for your support!

Mrs. Robbins
