Fourth grade at Taylor Elementary is one of the greatest grades because all social studies and science topics are based around the state of Utah.  Students in Mrs. Courtney Corbin and Miss Brittany Wayman's classes leaned about famous trappers and explorers in Utah's history.  Fifth-grade teacher, Ien Richins, brought trapping to life when he visited the fourth-grade to share some of his experiences as a modern day trapper.  Students were amazed to see how the trap works and loved to see some of the pelts Mr. Richins brought to share.  Fourth grade student, Bailey Smith, said, "The coolest thing about Mr. Richins was when he brought in the trap and showed us how it worked and he even broke a pencil!"   This was an exciting time for fourth graders at Taylor!   Thanks Mr. Richins!
