Taylor Elementary students were delighted by entertainment sensation, Doug Osmond, who was promoting Richard Paul Evans' new book Michael Vey. The assembly focused on literacy, respect and becoming a true hero!   Mr. Osmond invited students who were avid readers to come forward and participate in a fast game of literacy trivia about some of the most popular books around.  At the end of the assembly, Mr. Osmond gave advice to students about how to be their own hero just like the characters in popular books.  He echoed Mr. Daybell's daily advice....READ, READ, READ, READ, READ! Taylor's amazing school counselor, Mrs. An'Jalee Burningham, says, " Mr. Osmond's message to students was perfect!  It tied in with our school wide theme of being "Unstoppable!".
